Doing Household Chores Have Health Benefits?

I never knew that doing household chores have health benefits attached to it, did you? 

Well, I never did until this article "7 Household Chores with Unexpected Health Benefits" caught my attention when it was shared on my facebook account.

One thing I like about this article is the fact that it does make me feel relaxed after seeing and contemplating on the things that I was able to do, not only that it makes me happy, but the wife and the kid too.

Anyway, it is no longer a matter to me if the article indeed speaks of facts, since I've been doing this for a month now, and will continue to do so, thus, if indeed there are health benefits attached when doing household chores, it is already a bonus for me.
