STEP 6 Recording and Reporting Result

Lastly, the last part that you need to do as an assessor is to ensure that all reports and documents are in proper order and all these documents that were given to you are all returned to the TESDA representative.   

This includes all documents that was signed by the Candidates, the TESDA representative and by the Assessment Center manager.
