STEP 2 Planning and Preparing the Evidence Gathering Process

For this part, after receiving the assessment documents that you will be using tor the assessment from the TESDA Representative, you need to ensure that all these documents are complete, and the provided sets of documents corresponds to the number of your Candidates. 

The set of documents shall contain, the specific instructions to the candidate, rating sheets with questioning tools, test questions and answer key, if your qualification includes written test and blank answer sheet.  the number of these documents shall be equal to the number of candidates that will undergo assessment.
